On VE day we gathered together in our new prayer garden to take part in the 2 minute silence on the 80th Anniversary of VE day to pay special tribute to the veterans and those who died in World War 2. We also thought of how others gave their lives so that we may have peace. We prayed for peace around the world. This was followed by a special VE day celebration lunch which the children enjoyed.
