Stoke Reads has some exciting news to tell you about our brand new Story Quest adventure in Stoke.

Duck Bills’ Great Railway Adventure

This Easter, Stoke Reads will launch an exclusive Story Quest around Stoke titled Duck Bills’ Great Railway Adventure. Written and illustrated by local creative Kidda Kinsey, the free trail invites families with primary school aged children to complete various challenges and discover fun facts about Stoke and its railway station.

Upon completion of the trail, young people are encouraged to write a letter to Duck Bills’ sibling Duck Small, relaying the facts they discovered on the trail. Stories sent to Stoke Reads will be entered into a prize draw to win a Family and Friends Railcard, giving discounted travel across the rail network, and a bundle of books.

Copies of the trail are available to collect from any Stoke-on-Trent library, Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station or can be downloaded at storyquest.org.uk.
